I handle fear like I don't even notice it. If you worry about it, it turns into a big problem. Now, don't take it from me, but I think fear is a way people get stress and anxiety.
I think that the best way to handle fear is to think of something nice. If you are in your house at the time, and have some tea or coffee, as well as some cookies, just make some up and sit in a comfy chair with your favorite book and forget your worries. You can also make up your own things to soothe you.
Also, the best thing to do is tell your friends!!! They CAN help you with things (they are like the best thing for fear and WILL help).Well that's all from me.
